I earned my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at Bowling Green State University, in Bowling Green, OH. Although my initial speciality was in the area of child & adolescent assessment and treatment, ages 3-21, I now consider myself a generalist, having worked with adults up to age 65. I enjoy the range of people and problems I get to work with as a generalist. My treatment specialties include anxiety, depression, play therapy, grief, and health-related issues. The treatment approach I take is tailored to each person/family I see, depending on their needs and responsiveness in the therapeutic setting. I may incorporate play, family, interpersonal or cognitive-behavioral treatment modalities. I make an effort to collaborate and/or consult with medical, school, or other mental health professionals so my clients get the best comprehensive care possible.
