Because I have decades of experience partnering with diverse populations, I can confidently address a broad range of concerns for my clients from a holistic perspective. Through regular and focused therapy, my clients learn how to flourish in life and also in relationships with themselves and others. While I’m trained in a variety of counseling techniques, I rely on an integrative approach that includes, interpersonal, emotional, and experiential processing techniques that help clients address pain, discover strengths, and build resiliency.
When I’m not with clients, my favorite ways to spend time include baking and eating my favorite desserts, getting lost in the pages of a great book or spending time with my family (especially when we’re cheering on our favorite sports team).
