I look forward to helping you learn how to take control of your health through nutrition. Whether you need support or are looking to make a major change in your life, I can help. We will work together to create a healthy relationship with food and develop a lifestyle that is attainable by providing you with nutrition plans tailored specifically for you. I will provide nutrition education and medical nutrition therapy services for prevention, as well as wellness and disease management if applicable. I use a variety of treatment modalities including, but not limited to, individual nutrition therapy, mindfulness, and meal planning. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. My objective is to help you reach your health goals and improve your quality of life.
Nutrition has always been a passion of mine. Connecting one-on-one with individuals and helping them take care of their bodies through nutrition is one of my greatest joys. I became a Registered Dietitian in 2018 after completing a 9-month internship and passing the Registration Examination for Dietitians. My internship consisted of food service and medical nutrition rotation at Reid Health and community rotations at Transition Resources Head Start and IU Health Bariatric and Medical Weight Loss. I graduated from Ball State University in 2019 with a Master’s Degree in Dietetics.
