I completed my doctoral training in Counseling Psychology at Ball State University in December of 2023. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults. When working with young people, I also work closely with their parents/guardians. Additionally, I have an interest in working with those who have endured traumatic experiences and birthing parents who are having difficulties during their pregnancy or after childbirth. I take a strengths-based and interpersonal approach to therapy while also adapting to the needs of each person/family. Considering most young people and families interact with many other professionals, when appropriate, I collaborate with medical, school, or other mental health professionals.
My hobbies include reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with my dog, Ted! I also enjoy gardening and then making meals from the produce I have grown.
