She specializes in assessing and identifying comorbid diagnoses and provides psychological evaluations for children with suspected autism spectrum disorder, learning problems, attention difficulties, challenging behaviors, mood disorders, and developmental delays. Dr. Judge also provides treatment services to children and families presenting with behavior challenges, feeding difficulties, and mood disorders.
Most recently, Dr. Judge worked at the Riley Child Development Center at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health and as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Indiana University School of Medicine. While at Riley Hospital, Dr. Judge worked as part of an interdisciplinary team with a variety of medical professionals, including pediatricians, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. In addition, Dr. Judge provided psychological supports to specialized teams on topics such as feeding, international adoption, and Down syndrome. She conducted evaluations alongside developmental pediatricians in an early intervention clinic for children ages birth to 5 years in addition to conducting Neonatology research developmental assessments.
